How do I convince my mom to transfer schools...please help?

I've been getting harassed and bullied for quite sometime people hate me so much and they let me know the major one is they compare me to this girl who i used to be friends with, then after they say I'm fake, loser,poser, whore, ugly,piece of **** and others, and now it's gotten all out of hands and the bullying won't stop from here. I really want to transfer to the other high school in the district instead of the one i go to. I know that people and stuff like this will always happen and it's not good running from problems but This is something I really want and I feel if I do this I can start new. The only thing is that my mom is hard to convince and is a tough nut to crack and I want to know how I really convince her to let me after I'm done with my summer school (I failed math). Because most likely she'll tell me get over it and not care. (she's done it before and sometimes she doesn't understand even if I do explain)
