Tips on weight loss ?
I am trying to lose thirty pounds not by any certain time limit, but I am replacing two meals with slimfast, and then one normal meal a day. I also take abcuts before meals. I workout to biggest loser and other excercise dvds six days a week, plus stay on the go alot. I am not seeing any results yet though when should I start to see some and what can I do to speed up results. Im one of those people if i dont see results fast I get discouraged and think whats the point of all this hardwork. Any one got any good tips or maybe better dvds I can add to my workouts.
