Is it uncomfy wearing jeans in the summer?

Okay, so I love preppy clothing and stuff haha, but I was just wondering how many of you girls actually wore like low rise jeans in the summer? I can stand the tightness and stuff in the winter cause I like how they show off curves, but in the summer, sometimes, the tightnessss is just too hot and I feel really confined. Also, I sometimes wear uggs in the summer, but only when I can stand it. What are your opinions on wearing low rise jeans in the summer? Too tight? too hot?
